Neil Gerdes has a passion for helping Central Minnesotans find their dream homes and has been an industry expert for nearly two decades. He spent a portion of his time as a real estate appraiser & a mortgage broker and prides himself on educating his clients every step of the way. He believes his buyers and sellers must feel confident in making informed decisions throughout the home buying/selling process. His clients are his priority and real estate is his passion. He was born and raised in Central MN and received his M.S. degree from St. Cloud State University in 1998.
